Spring Break is only 2 weeks away! That means that we all get a much needed break, it’s time to go on trips with your family, hang out with friends, and just relax. It’s going to be a great time to do absolutely nothing. But before that, we are going to have basketball playoffs, girls soccer playoffs, and the last few weeks before spring break. That means that we are only going to have one quarter left. Eighth graders will soon be making final decisions on where they are going to high school, which is very exciting and not stressful at all! 🙂 This year has gone by so fast already and is going to go by even faster.
We have an amazing lineup of articles this month including Important Life Skills, Tips to Improve Your Sleep, Olympic Controversies and Fun Things to do over Spring Break. We also have wonderful Opinion Editorials on Should AI Only be Available to Professionals, Code Red Safety, Do Brand Names Influence People, and a Review on the Superbowl and Halftime Show.
March is a very interesting month, it is named after the Roman god of war, Mars and before the Gregorian calendar was adopted, it was the first month of the year in many places! March also marks the spring equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere! If you know what that means, your science teachers have been doing a great job! And the March full moon is called the “Worm Moon.” So exciting! Anyways we have a lot to look forward to in March and all we have to do is lock in for two weeks! We got this!
